BAbove is seeking a highly qualified Family Child Care (FCC) Director. The FCC Director will be joining a team of highly motivated individuals / professionals working together to support the families BAbove serves in the FCC network operated in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.

At BAbove, we are committed to developing a nurturing environment for our children, that promotes a strong educational foundation for each childs future academic success. The Family Child Care (FCC) Director will have oversight of program management and implementation - including compliance, audits, supervision, professional development, provider recruitment, family services, and enrollment. The FCC Director must have at minimum an MSW or MSED in Early Childhood education. The FCC Director is expected to operate autonomously and complete the deliverable identified on schedule.

* Curriculum implementation and oversight

* Sight Visits

* Coaching

* Maintain database

* Family Services

* Disability

* Mental Health

* Monitoring

* Audits

* Keep up-to-date on educational philosophy and best practices

* Stay abreast of new regulations that effect any aspects of the programs operation

**Qualifications:**

* MSW or MSED

* Education or Program Director experience preferred

* Supervisory Experience in Education or Social Services Required

* Admin Experience Required

* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

* Strong attention to detail

**Other**

* Computers/Software Experience (Word, Excel, Power Point)

* Car preferred
