This role is 100% computer based and will use two screens to complete assigned tasks. Candidates whose most recent job was more than 2 years and has an associate degree or 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant will be selected to interview. We are looking for a reliable, responsive, thoughtful, responsible and highly organized employee who will be a part of a dynamic team and supporting Clinical Review Specialists in their case load work of supporting hospitals seeking the prestigious Baby-Friendly accreditation or re-accreditation. Such work will be receiving, saving, tracking and alerting the appropriate internal team and external customer of document standing. Team member will also be responsible for the phones and work closely with other BFUSA team members. Attention to detail, timeliness and professionalism is very important in this role. An associates degree is preferred or 2-3 years of successful demonstrated experiences in roles which support you to be successful in the role. This is one of the few entry level roles within the company and there will be room for growth for the right candidate. It is an hourly and non-exempt role.
