Please note this is a 9-12 month contract to cover someone on Parental Leave. Responsibilities
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to: * Support the creation and implementation of customer growth strategies to attain sales revenue targets and achieve company goals. * Support the Joint Business Planning (JBP) planning process for EG, CLG, IBA & LMG. Own the JBP process for Amazon and specialist online partners. * Co-lead dCommerce growth strategies and drive execution * Lead the execution of perfect product pages and online content. * Provide ongoing ecommerce performance analysis and provide winning business recommendations. * Build overall digital commerce capability through training, coaching, best practices, and knowledge sharing. * Define, identify, and execute growth projects, anticipating changes in the developing market. * Drive the agenda of the local Digital Front Line Council (DFLC) in partnership with Region & Global teams. * Build connections within local teams and with Region & Global for efficiency and effectiveness in disrupting consumer journeys and winning with customers through Digital Acceleration. * Lead efforts to achieve 5 key Job-To-Be-Dones (JTBDs) for Digital Acceleration: * Digital Capabilities & Culture: * Drive Optimization & Execution: * Integrated Marketing Excellence: * Leveraging Digital tools & data: * Empower & support local markets: * Lead the local Digital Front Line Council to ensure perfect execution and connectivity of the 5 x JTBDs and standardize monthly reporting.
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy * 3-5 years of sales experience in a leading FMCG company, preferably in the beverage industry and ideally in e-commerce or digital commerce roles. * Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, using data to build persuasive commercial arguments in an e-commerce context. * Effective collaboration, including negotiation and influencing skills within the organization, critical for e-commerce partnerships and collaborations. * Entrepreneurial mindset, with a knack for identifying new e-commerce opportunities and solid marketing and customer marketing literacy specific to digital platforms. * Proficient networking and knowledge-gathering abilities in the e-commerce landscape, staying updated on industry trends and best practices. * Proven relationship-building skills with e-commerce customers, peers, and senior leaders. * Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent, with a focus on digital or e-commerce-related coursework as a bonus. * Expertise in P&L management and data-driven decision-making, especially in an e-commerce context. * Track record in defining and executing digital commerce strategies for revenue growth, including experience with online sales channels. * Independent mindset, valuing collaborative decision-making and confidently championing e-commerce ideas. * Extensive experience launching e-commerce innovations and digital marketing initiatives to drive online revenue growth. * Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple e-commerce priorities, and meet online sales targets and digital KPIs in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving revenue growth targets and maximizing profitability in the ecommerce sector.
