Your New Role:

As a Licensed Plumber at Bacik Group, you’ll:

• Conduct plumbing work to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction with efficient and effective plumbing solutions.

• Replace plumbing fixtures and undertake full system overhauls for buildings and sites with a high level of technical skill.

• Execute site setup and cleanup procedures meticulously, maintaining a clean and organized work environment that adheres to safety protocols and regulations.

• Must be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area - Relocation benefits negotiable based on experience

• Valid Journeyman License.

• 4 years of plumbing experience demonstrating a strong foundation in plumbing techniques and practices (commercial and/or residential).

• Collaborative mindset to effectively support the lead plumber, project manager, or site superintendent.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to receive and act upon constructive feedback.

• Uncompromising commitment to construction safety.

• Physical capability to lift and handle heavy materials up to 75 pounds.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check for access to military bases.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
