We are seeking Front DeskAttendants to provide the most amazing bowling experience to our Guests.Looking for individuals with some pep in their step who love to chit chat andmake Guests feel welcome. You will deliver prompt, friendly service by helpingGuests select the best bowling experience for their group, help with theselection of proper bowling equipment (shoes and balls), answer the phones anddirect calls to other departments, answer questions about all the center has tooffer, maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and assist otherdepartments as necessary.

Summaryof Responsibilities:

·Answer phones with theproper greeting and provides prompt and accurate information·Ensure maximum utilizationof lanes through efficient control of guest flow·Accurately assign rentalshoes, lanes, billiard tables, and lockers·Clean, spray and disinfectrental shoes upon return (brushing the soles)·Track lane availability andassign open lanes·Prepare for leagues,ensuring that they start on time·Promptly notify mechanicand/or porter of any pinsetter malfunctions and logs it on call sheet·Operate POS accurately andefficiently·Use perfect cash handlingpractices·Assist team members withmiscellaneous duties to prevent delays in Guest service·Operate the P/A system·Promptly assist Guests andanswer all questions, seeking help from management as needed
