Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our business. Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in math for inventory management and financial analysis
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management systems
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
