Backhaul Direct is hiring a class of full-time Carrier Operations Representative for our Indianapolis, IN office. As a Carrier Operations Representative, you will manage inbound calls from motor carriers and negotiate the best rates to ensure our customers’ needs are met. You will spend 60-90 days learning the logistics industry, being trained and absorbing the Backhaul Direct laidback culture. This Carrier Operations Representative position is on our national sales team and requires an energetic, strategically focused and creative sales achiever that enjoys the latitude of working independently and effectively using their time management skills.
