Job Summary: The Warehouse Support Specialist is responsible for a variety of tasks that support the distribution, logistics and administrative operations. This role supports daily operations, processes/procedures and supporting the sub-contractor program with a “hands on” approach.

Compensation: $16.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities: (Other duties as assigned)

• Fork lift operations
• Data entry and scheduling
• Direct customer sales at our location
• Cut and prepare lumber for upcoming builds
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Assists with sub-contractor recruitment
• Communicates clearly and effectively with both verbally and in written formats

A successful candidate will possess:

• Experience in warehouse responsibilities such as: loading and unloading product using a fork lift
• Clerical experience such as: excellent communication and customer service and data entry
• Familiarity with construction and/or building materials (Knowledge of the construction industry or
• Installed services is preferred)
• Inventory control and profit and loss
• Reliable truck as transportation
• Valid drivers’ license

Work Environment:
Operates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment subject to inside environmental conditions and noise. Often required to sit, use repetitive hand motion, hear, listen, talk, stand, and walk. Often required to climb stairs, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds.
