We’re committed to delivering high-quality products to our clients and we are seeking a Benefits/Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. As a Benefits/Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits administration, payroll systems, and compliance regulations. You will work closely with the employees and corporate HR to ensure that our workforce is well-supported, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Benefits Specialist: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. Facilitate open enrollment processes and guide employees on benefit options. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits. Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims. Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs. Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests on time. Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Payroll Specialist: Process and manage our company’s weekly payroll cycles accurately and on time. Calculate and process employee deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related adjustments. Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll systems. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee information. Conduct regularly scheduled audits of payroll records to ensure continued accuracy. Process and monitor garnishment orders. Handle employee complaints about incorrect payments and resolve discrepancies. 

Requirements

 Requirements: 

· Associate’s/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Benefits/Payroll Specialist or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and related compliance.

· Strong proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems. Paylocity experience is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
