Description
Perform visual and measurement tests using specific tools and equipment to check product dimensions, performance, and functionality. Record and document inspection results, including any defects or deviations from specifications. Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records and reports. Communicate findings to production supervisors and quality control management. Ensure all products comply with industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and updating of quality control procedures and protocols. Identify and document defects and non-conformances. Collaborate with production teams to investigate and resolve quality issues. Recommend corrective actions to address identified quality problems. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve quality control processes. Ability to operate independently and to effectively communicate, both orally and written, to all levels of the organization. Must follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times. Maximize Uptime and minimize downtime through the efficient use of time and processes. The job location will be primarily in the paint department.
Requirements
