- Greet customers; provide product and program information, demonstrate and benefits of products.
- Strive to turn every potential consumer into a Badcock customer.
- Respond to customer inquires.
- Take, verify, and process customer orders.
- Inputs customer sales orders and customer information into computer.
- Accepts and inputs customer payments.
- Sends correspondence and maintains store records.
- Solicits additional business through telephone and card mailings.
- Post delivery follow ups.
- Prepares merchandise price tags.
- Multiple issues involving customer service.
- Sales of company products to include Non-merchandise sales strive to meet and exceed goals monthly.
