We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will greet clients and visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Provide basic information about the company and its services to clients and visitors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor
