SUMMARY

The desired candidate will be responsible for supporting all sales and marketing related activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support to the various members of the internal sales team and external sales representatives. Other duties may be assigned.

Sales:

Initiate NDA internal process for new accounts

Gain T&C approval for new accounts

Manage all new customer on-boarding documents

Track quote progress for timely completion

Populate customer quote sheets

Manage and populate customer portals

Submit customer minority spend information

Log in purchase orders

Track cash flow and pursue resolution

Provide inside sales support to manufacture representatives

Marketing:

Support all aspects of new customer prospecting

Manage social media and formulate content

Update company websites

Manage company marketing material

Attend trade shows

Administrative:

Book travel

Manage expense reports

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Computer literacy in Windows, Excel and Microsoft Word

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks

General clerical skills

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
