Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manages and oversees all aspects of the program to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
* Manages scope, cost, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables
* Develops project schedules, defines and assigns work to team personnel assigned to the program
* Monitors and controls work for technical adequacy and provides assistance to resolve technical or customer requirements. Provides technical recommendations as needed
* Represents the company as the primary customer contact. Directly interface with the government customers or vendors
* Communicates objectives, directions, and guidance to the program team.
* Mentors and coaches assigned personnel to enhance performance, encourage professional development and document performance Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Three (3) years Project Management Experience, must include at least one (1) year of supervisory experience
* Active Secret Clearance Must be able to attain Top Secret within 180 days of award
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business or six (6) years of Project Management ExperienceDESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
* Military Experience
* Navy or Air Force Special Operating Force Experience
