Come build your career with BAE Systems.The Supply Chain Planner (SCP) is the focal point for all supply chain activities. The planner supports execution of programs and coordination of new program / product launches. SCP assists with reporting of key performance indicators, performance data, and miscellaneous metrics. The Supply Chain Planner will identify and escalate issues as necessary.
SCP will plan, prepare, issue and control material requirements in conjunction with the production schedule. Planner will support risk management activities impacting the value chain working with cross-functional teams. The planner ensures that shipments are accomplished to maintain contract/internal delivery commitments. SCP will utilize system and process tools to achieve program / functional goals.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning systems and processes
  • Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to program team or factory team.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably Business/Supply Chain related) or equivalent experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $53680 - $91300
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
