Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee and lead a new technical program that delivers cloud, network, security, and O&M services across multiple classification levels in the environment.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will:

  • Stand up a new engineering program that delivers cloud operations across CONUS and OCONUS sites
  • Oversee the contract execution by interacting directly with our team members providing Tier 2 and 3 support to a globally dispersed customer base.
  • Initiate contract transition in and onboarding of key personnel
  • Participate in face-to-face customer meetings and collaborate with other contracts
  • Along with Service Lead, oversee all system or network modifications
  • Deliver contract deliverables, including PMR, BMR, and other customer status updates.
  • Be responsible for the staffing of the program(s) and providing career development guidance, as necessary
  • Lead a team developing solutions to a variety of highly complex engineering problem
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • PMI Certified Program Management Professional (PMP)
  • 10 years of PM experience
  • Experience managing MSP engineering work associated with the design, development, maintenance, and testing of infrastructure for desktop application packaging and deployment technologies
  • Knowledge of cloud, networking, and enterprise architecture
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, telecommunications, or an engineering focused field
  • AWS Solution Architect Professional, or equivalent
  • CompTIA Security , or equivalent
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
