Baer is looking for SailPoint Operations Team Lead for a 12 month Federal project located in Kingstowne, VA.
Title: SailPoint Operations Team Lead
Location: Kingstowne, VA (Onsite Required)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: All Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of SailPoint Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of IAM projects.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop and test custom integrations with various applications, directories, and systems using APIs and connectors provided by SailPoint.
• Ensure data synchronization and establish seamless communication between different platforms.
• Ensure the IAM solutions adhere to security best practices and comply with relevant regulatory standards.
• Implement access control policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and other security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Build and maintain workflows and automation in the Identity governance application.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and integration details.
• Prepare reports on system performance, access governance, and compliance-related metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of IAM projects.

Required Experience:

• ACTIVE Secret Clearance
• Security , CISSP, or equivalent (Must meet IT II Requirements)
• 5-7 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• 5 years of experience implementing enterprise identity governance & administration (IGA) solutions, such as
  • SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ)
  • IBM Security Verify Governance
  • Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)
  • Saviynt Security Manager (SSM)
  • IdentityNow
• Proven supervisory experience, leading a team of 5 or more members preferred
• Experience designing, developing, and advising on zero trust ICAM enterprise architectures preferred.
• 4 Year Degree in Information Technology or related field, or Equivalent Experience
