Bagel Lovers is coming to the Fresh Market in Hershey!

Do you love Bagels, Cream Cheese, and making customers happy? We're looking for cashier and Bagel Slinger to join our awesome team as we bring Harrisburg's favorite NY style fresh bagels to Hershey's Fresh Market.

This position plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment within the market stand. It's essential to have a versatile and adaptable team member who can handle both cashier and lite food preparation responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and ensuring a neat appearance.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met during food preparation and storage.
- Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients by monitoring stock levels and rotating products.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve them to the best of your ability.
- Provide exceptional service by anticipating customer needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils regularly.
- Monitor and restock inventory
- Assist with opening and/or closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with other market staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay informed about the cafe's menu items
- Educate customers about menu choices and ingredients

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
