TITLE: Human Resources Consultant I
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC (Remote)
SCHEDULE: Mon -Fri, 28 hours/week, 5.60 hr/day, weekend/float/on call requirements.
PAY: $20.00 - $35.50 Hour DOE
This is the pay range that BAHAMA Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position.
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt (Overtime paid at 1.5X regular rate of pay)
SUMMARY: Provides consultative support for human resource issues and initiatives which impacts leaders and teammates.
