Description of Duties:

Processes all accounting and administrative functions for company. Provides financial accounting using QuickBooks. In absence of a Human Resources Manager, Financial/Purchasing Manager will serve as Human Resources Manager.

Generates payroll through Payroll Service Software. Completes all reports and journal entries for Disability and Workers Comp. Maintains payroll report for annual Workers Comp audit. Maintains and submits W-2 report for Health Coverage to payroll service. Maintains and submits 1095-C and 1094-C reports to IRS. Submits quarterly Disability report to Carrier. Enter IRA deductions on-line on carrier website.

Updates payroll records for changes in exemptions, insurance coverage and all deductions, pay rate, job title, vacation etc.

Resolves payroll discrepancies.

Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

Invoices and post payments for all customers. Prepares and submits weekly and monthly sales reports. Prepares monthly expense/income estimates.

Maintains Accounts Payable, issues checks and ACH payments. Processes credit card bills.

Reviews and approves all Human Resource policies and is responsible to research and implement employee benefits.

Works with local agencies to coordinate training and grant opportunities, processes all documents associated.

Monitors inventory turnover; Orders all materials used in production and ensures that it received as per the Production schedule; Places purchase orders of all company materials and supplies; Contacts various suppliers to obtain pricing quotes, to research competitive pricing and to ensure that all materials meet Quality standards established by customers.
