Specific Responsibilities:
- Work directly with patrons and deliver a great customer service experience
- Evaluate jewelry to suggest repair options to patrons
- Watch repair evaluation
- Clean and check jewelry
- Create basic repair estimates on the spot with patrons
- Deliver jewelry repairs for patron pick up
- Use POS system to take in repairs, cashier repairs, and make detailed notes of repair options
