We are seeking a full-time working Warehouse Supervisor who will support the Branch Manager in the daily operation of our facility in our Pompano Beach, FL location. Overtime is required on occasion, and while rare, may include a Saturday.

Duties:

• Ensure the successful and timely flow of production work including receiving, order processing and fulfillment, and shipping
• Help with the workflow
• Maintain clean, trash-free workspaces to maximize productivity and safety
• Maintain existing material handling equipment, and training.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years’ experience in a warehouse operation environment
• Computer knowledge
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Experience with UPS, truck shipping, and small package preparation is essential.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and must display effective communication skills, function well with minimum supervision, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
• This position reports to the Branch Manager.
