The role will partner at the hip with the US CEO to drive the performance of the business and report into the Global CFO. As Finance Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the finance activities and driving successful performance and continued growth of the business. You will play a critical part in the shaping of the finance function for the future, driving increased profitability and being an integral part of the senior leadership team.

You will be accountable for developing the infrastructure, processes and data for the business. This person will also be expected to be an effective partner to the business and the board. They will commercially and strategically support decision making across the organisation. They will be expected to lead and develop this area – including potential hiring - making changes and improvements where necessary to grow the team.
