Contract Duration: 6 months

Shift Schedule:

11pm - 7am Monday to Friday
7pm - 7am Saturday and Sunday
Totaling 40 hours per week (shift on a rotation basis)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Analyst II to join our team. This role involves monitoring and managing day-to-day infrastructure operations, including batch processing, electronic data transmissions, and incident management in a 24x7x365 environment. The EOC Analyst will respond to system alerts, create tickets, and perform Tier 0 tasks, ensuring all activities meet our service level agreements (SLA).

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Infrastructure Operations: Execute standard technical tasks; manage operational incidents to resolve them within agreed service levels.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Respond to events and alerts from monitoring tools; initiate incident management activities and escalate alerts as necessary to prevent incidents.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements to minimize incident occurrences or speed up resolutions; contribute to operational performance reviews to generate improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Education: High school degree or above

Experience:

• • 2-4 years in infrastructure operations support
  • Working with monitoring technologies and analyzing real-time statistics
  • Experience with ticket management/service desk systems
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based environments and change management processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT Operations Center (EOC

Certifications: Networking, Linux, Splunk, AWS certifications are preferred

Other Qualifications: Military experience as a non-commissioned officer is a plus
