Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Service Technicians to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing portable hot tubs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical, appliance repair, schematics, plumbing, water chemistry, field service and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and water to ensure proper functionality
- Diagnose issues and perform repairs
- Troubleshoot problems effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities
- Provide field service support to clients
- Help with product deliveries as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Proficiency appliance repair techniques
- Familiarity with plumbing systems and practices
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
