We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership capabilities, and a passion for guiding teams to success. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, providing guidance to our developers, and implementation of technical projects and ensuring high-quality delivery
Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
· Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions for our web and mobile apps.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
· Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
· Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
· Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications:
· 10 years of experience in web and mobile application development with 3 years as a Tech Lead.
· Experience engineering with multiple languages (e.g. any or all of Java, C#, Go, Python, PHP)
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
· Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
· Dialect agnostic RDBMS (SqlServer/MySQL/Postgres).
· Hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
· Experience with event driven systems/message queues (Kafka/ServiceBus/Rabbit/etc)

Preferred Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
· Hands on experience of domain driven design and microservices
· Experience working with NoSQL technologies
· Experience with audio/video streaming
· Experience using Postman
· Experience in Microsoft .Net Stack
