Reporting to the Senior Director of Administrative Services, the Finance Director is responsible for the management of accounting, debt/treasury management, special assessments, utility billing, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and investments of the City. This individual also provides management, leadership, and coordination over all areas of fiscal operations, forecasting, and analysis for the City. The position supervises the Senior Accountant and Utility Billing Supervisor in a department of seven.
