Job Objectives:
- Manage overall kitchen operations
- Ensures teammates have the proper tools to be successful in their job
- Develop teammates into great team members
- Build sales through great execution and build profits by focusing on the details
- Maintain high food quality standards
- Have an understanding of food to execute menu items and special guest requests
- Ensures compliance with Restaurant Sanitation Standards
- Understanding financials to make good business decisions
- Correctly execute inventory, ordering, and invoicing
- Provide verbal performance feedback such as; daily coaching, recognizing/celebrating performance
- Using BakerStreet resources effectively and efficiently (time, labor, food costs)
- Demonstrate strong attention to the details of the job
- Demonstrate the ability to motivate people
- Must be able to relocate to Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Able to speak and write in English
- Minimum of 5 years experience as salaried manager in full service, fine dining restaurant
- Experience in full-service, from scratch restaurant
- Manage stress in a healthy way and maintain composure
- Time Management skills
- Excellent manager of systems
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills, delegating tasks, directing, and motivating a team
- Exposure to profit & loss statements
- Understanding of how to grow sales
