We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations, including production, shipping and receiving. Responsibilities include plant optimization to ensure maximum production, quantity and quality. The Plant Manager oversees all plant operations and production by working directly with and providing leadership to managers.

**Employment for this position is conditioned upon successfully passing certain pre-employment requirements.

This is a hands on position and not an office based role. The Plant Manager will be expected to be directly involved with production.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations to ensure safety
• Develop plans that help operations run smoothly
• Manage production
• Create and manage budgets
• Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
• Work closely with department managers
• Perform routine safety checks on equipment

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Food Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
• Operations Management: 4 years (Required)
• Production Plant Manager: 4 years (Preferred)
• Financial management: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Associates/ Bachelor’s Degree ( Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
