Balance of Nature is Hiring a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST Near Hurricane, UT
Located in St. George and Hurricane, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Human Resources Specialist.
You will specialize in handling sensitive internal situations without bias and resolve them.
What You Will Do
- Screen, route, and handle incoming internal reports
- Study relevant statistics related to internal reports
- Identify and escalate any abnormalities in statistics to the Inspections Manager for review and inclusion in a final report
- Use the reports database for data entry, retrieval, and maintenance
- Draft precise and informative reports as needed
- Manage projects by tracking and updating needed documents
- Communicate regularly with teams to spot possible problems
- Spot systematic issues and problem-solve to make them more efficient and effective
- Adjust, update, and organize our database with information that you oversee
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and unbiased approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter approach
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Communication and listening skills
- Time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Emotional intelligence skills
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
