• HVAC Technical School preferred but not required
• High School Degree Required
• Mechanically Inclined Personality
• Ability to perform daily job tasks
• Heavy interest/motivation to develop into a lead technician
• Valid drivers license
• EPA Refrigerant Certification (Path to completion provided, if not already completed)
• Computer skills are required (Digital training programs, and etc. will be used)
• Obtain basic hand tools needed for job duties (will be given a tool list to work towards completing throughout apprenticeship)
