Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay current with research and developments in the field of behavioral health
- Provide direct support to clients in crisis situations
- Participate in clinical research studies as needed

Skills:
- Licensed as a Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri
- Experience in conducting group therapy sessions
- Proficient in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices
- Excellent clinical counseling skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Knowledge of mental health counseling techniques and interventions
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining medical records
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies

Pay: $73,218.45 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
