Excited to bring on new team players to join our team! Seeking Cooks to join our innovative culinary team! They will lead and assist us with ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment, we like to meet you!

• Assist the Sous Chef in providing "excellent quality" and "presentation" of all food to the guests. The demonstration, preparation and execution of each menu item and the item specifications and presentation will be agreed upon.
• Proper guest service requires that the food is produced on a timely basis and that the servers are well educated regarding the menu.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen facilities.
• Prepares, from company recipes, food items, such as dressings, cold sauces, condiments, juices, fruit/vegetable trays, cheese/meat platters, appetizers, canapes, cold hors d'oeurves, salads, and other items, according to prescribed company recipes and guidelines, and as required for kitchen, restaurants, and events.Maintains equipment and work area in clean and organized manner.Notifies management of unsafe conditions, needed maintenance of any equipment and any accidents.
• Food Serve Safe certification.
• Knowledge of California sanitation regulations.
• Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
