Salary : £95 £105 per day
The School / Role
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive and dynamic school community in Tamworth. This full-time role involves providing support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have access to an inclusive and enriching educational experience.
Key Duties
- Individualised Support : Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, including 1 : 1 assistance and small group interventions.
- Classroom Assistance : Assist teachers in delivering lessons, adapting materials, and implementing strategies to support student learning.
- Behaviour Support : Support positive behaviour management strategies, fostering a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Personalised Learning : Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
- Communication : Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, parents, and external professionals regarding student progress and support needs.
