Balia Nanny Referral Agency LLC, a trusted partner in connecting exceptional families with highly skilled nannies, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic House Manager-Nanny to join a wonderful family in Cochranville, Pennsylvania.

About the Family:

This warm and inviting family is searching for a reliable and organized individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience caring for children and a proven track record in household management. They also have some furry friends – adorable dogs who will love to welcome you to the family!

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in the lives of two energetic elementary-aged children by providing exceptional childcare, while also assisting with various household tasks. This is a Monday through Friday position, with transportation for the children to and from school and activities being a key responsibility. The family's residence is located on a country back road, so reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Child Care (Monday-Friday):Provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care for the children, including age-appropriate activities, meal preparation, and school schedule assistance.

Foster a positive and stimulating environment that encourages learning and exploration.

Assist with transportation to and from school and activities.

• Light Housekeeping:Maintain tidiness in the children's spaces and designated areas of the home.

Assist with meal preparation and cleanup.

• Household Management:Assist with day-to-day household tasks as needed, which may include errands, scheduling appointments, and maintaining household supplies.

• Communication & Collaboration:Maintain clear communication with parents regarding children's activities and needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience caring for children with excellent references.

• House manager experience is a must.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing daily routines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

• Strong swimming preferred.

• Positive and energetic personality with a passion for fostering a loving and stimulating environment for children.

• Experience caring for pets (dogs) a plus.

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug testing facilitated by Balia Nanny Referral Agency LLC.

• Ability to provide three professional references with experience in a similar role.

• Open to occasional travel with the family as needed (trips will be discussed and agreed upon in advance).

Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $28.00 per hour, with overtime pay available (as negotiated with the family).

• Mileage reimbursement at the government rate.

• Two weeks paid vacation and 4 paid sick days per year (as outlined in the employment contract).

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (as outlined in the employment contract).
