TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary and work year in accordance with recommendations established by the Superintendent of Schools and immediate supervisor.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Mental Demands: evaluating, interpreting, organizing, consulting, analyzing, planning, documenting, coordinating, implementing, and presenting.
Physical Demands: walking inside and outside the facility during an 8-hour shift, including climbing stairs. Separating and restraining students when necessary in order to stop physical altercations and fights.
Environmental Conditions: inside and outside work, sometimes working alone

The basis of the evaluation will be the extent to which the performance responsibilities of the job are successfully handled and the extent to which yearly action plans and job goals are met (as applicable).
