- Resolve phone, walk-in and, text customers service/repair inquires
- Log customers personal and unit information into the CRM system
- Identify customer needs and expectations, including these details in their Work Order
- Utilize CRM to proactively track and monitor customers service to provide accurate status updates on the progress of their Work Order
- Daily use of part look up platform for customers and technicians
- Work closely with the sales department, coordinating internal repair orders and communication with Service Technicians to obtain accurate estimates
- Proactively communicate to customers through the repair process, including delays or necessary updates to estimates
- Answer a high volume of phone calls from customers
- Schedule internal and external unit accessories installation.
- Arrange pickup and delivery of units for sales and service department
- Process payments from customers for services provided
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with CRM is preferred
- 1 years of Service experience, preferably in a related field
- Powersports and lawn/garden industry or related experience is preferred
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, positive attitude
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $17 - $22 hourly based on experience
