The Role:

As a Table Games Manager you are responsible for overseeing the operations of table games in the casino. Ensuring that table game play operates with integrity and efficiency, with a focus on development of staff, and player rating. This includes managing staff, handling customer complaints, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position also handles tasks such as scheduling, payroll and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight for all games, game protection, and overall operation of the table games.
• Review and manage department financial data ensuring budgetary goals are being met.
• Reviews table game activities and planning with the General Manager.
• Maintain accurate records and report to the General Manager

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Five to Seven years’ experience in table games

• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

• Ability to analyze and interpret table game data.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
