Bally's Corporation is Hiring a Table Games - Master Scheduler Near Lincoln, RI

Job Purpose:
Responsible for preparing and maintaining all aspects of daily and weekly schedules.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) year of scheduling clerk experience or equivalent experience.
Strong computer skills to include: Word, Excel and scheduling software.
Strong customer service and communications skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of casino department operations.

License Requirements:
Rhode Island Department of Business Operations Gaming License
Essential Job Functions:

Meets with Shift Managers on a consistent basis to determine which table games will be opened or closed.
Assists Scheduling Manager with vacation and days off bidding.
Assists with paperwork for medical and personal leaves, new hires, transfers, terminations, salary increases and employee documentation
Assists in record keeping of sick and late calls for departments.
Performs data entry, typing and filing tasks.
Answers phones, directs calls and takes accurate messages.
Promotes positive employee relations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
