Buck Russell’s Bakery & Sandwich Shop is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and talented cake decorator. Candidates must have reliable transportation to Wilmette.
We are a small crew that loves baking delicious treats and strive to create a work environment where our team members can grow and learn. We need a like-minded individual that has strong attention to detail and wants to work in a positive and enthusiastic kitchen.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: filling and decorating cupcakes, stacking, flat frosting and decorating cakes, royal icing decorated cookies, cake pops, custom cake orders. Must be creative and have the ability to fulfill custom cake order requests.

Candidate must have:

• Positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with a team
• Reliable transportation to Wilmette
• Weekend availability and early hours
• At least 2 years of experience
• Pictures of work
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
