POSITION PURPOSE
This role will provide site operations training support documenting current workflows and processes within the site, and facilitating the transfer of shop floor skills, workflows & processes to team members. Will have primary responsibility supporting 2nd Shift Operations. Will work closely with functional leaders to assess site training needs and subject matter experts to ensure training / learning solves site needs. This role will also provide training content and training as appropriate. Demonstrates BAC’s values of Earning Trust, Embracing Responsibility, Showing Courage, and Driving Innovation .
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
NATURE & SCOPE
Initially reports to the Quality department. Provides hands-on training and mentoring to all operators in the plant. Partners with all functional leaders and stakeholders on training activities. Will share best practices with manufacturing sites in the Americas.

Standing is to be expected up to 80% of the time. Additional activities include walking, reaching, bending, stooping, and sitting. Fine hand manipulation of controls is needed as well as hand eye coordination to perform changes. Working hours can include any of three shifts. Some weekend work overtime is to be expected. Working temperatures include both wide fluctuations within the plant as well as ambient outside temperatures.
