Description/Job Summary
The Intake Specialist is responsible for processing new student applications and registrations. This includes completing customer/student scheduling,administering departmental surveys, entering test results and other data for Workforce Development programs.
Responsibilities/Duties
Responsible for intake and referral of students enrolling in Workforce Development courses.
Strong customer service skills.
Conducts quality checks for student registration and enrollment forms.
Submits student registration forms to the registration staff.
Schedule placement tests to incoming students. Advise students of score and assign them to the appropriate class(es)
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Good customer service skills
Exp in working in Higher Education
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years working in Higher Education
