Shift:
Weekdays 8:00 am – 4:00 pm with 24/7 on-call reporting requirements.
There may be occasional changes in schedule to accommodate time-off requests, and coverage for special events or program specific deadlines.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Overview:
Provides general clinical and administrative oversight of organizational residential and outpatient services. Manages all aspects of residential and outpatient services, inclusive of capacity, sustainability, compliance, and quality assurance. Engages internal and external partners to support and enhance system integration activities. Contributes to the strategic plan for delivery of services within system(s) of care for individuals, families, and support systems. Works collaboratively with senior leadership team.

Supervision:
Provides oversight of clinical operations and community engagement services, programs, and activities, with immediate supervision of direct reports. This position is a management position which encompasses supervisory responsibility, including the following tasks. Supervisory duties may include but are not limited to encompassing the authority to recommend individuals for hire, promotion, transfer and/or discharge. This position may recommend appropriate evaluation, rewards and/or disciplinary actions to other employees as needed in order to meet organizational policy. This position operates in the best interest of the organization using independent judgement to formulate and effectuate management policies by expressing and making operative decisions relative to the success of assigned departments or teams.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Masters in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited University or College, Required.
Credentials:
Licensed and legally authorized to practice under the Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland in Social Work, or Professional Counseling, or Medicine, Required. LCSW-C and/or LPC-C, Preferred, licensure supervisory credential Required.
Experience:
10 years of managerial or director level experience in managing human service programs, Required.
Prior experience supporting non-profit operations, Required.
5 years managing people in a residential program setting, Required.
Additional:
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license, Required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products, Required.
Proficiency and familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, Required.
Current BLS Certification, Preferred.
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer workstation.
Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
Must be able to lift weights up to 50 pounds at times.
