Family Nurse Practitioner needed a 25-hour shift per week at Care Connect at Saint Agnes Health Center. The Saint Agnes Family Health Center offers same-day appointments and accepts walk-in patients from 10 am to 8 pm in its Immediate Care Setting. Must be comfortable with patients of all ages for acute and chronic health issues. No imaging, splinting, or casting. Minor laceration repair only.

Hours:

• Monday, 10 am to 3 pm
• Wednesday, 10 am to 8 pm
• Friday, 10 am to 8 pm
