Responsibilities

• Analyzes projects and transactions, in order to identify and pursue business opportunities in Project Finance, Structured Finance
• Contributes to proposal preparation (including but not limited to financial analysis, market analysis, project features) about transactions to obtain approval from Credit Committees consistently with Banco Sabadell's Structured Finance strategy.
• Interacts with Credit Analysts in order to solve any questions or concerns raised during the Credit process of any proposal that has been submitted to Credit Committees
• Interacts with technical advisors, other financial institutions as well as legal counsels in order to obtain any information that is needed in the evaluation process of a Project
• Contributes in the closing process for new and existing deals
• Contributes to build and manage client and financial institutions relationships
• Prepare commercial presentations and Term Sheets that will ultimately be presented to clients or prospect clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field. Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Project Finance are preferred
• Previous experience with Internet and MS Office Skills, including MS Word Advanced, MS Excel Advanced, MS PowerPoint Advanced
• Proficient level of English
• Ability to speak, write and read in Spanish fluently is desirable
