Currently, our focus is on two key projects that the ideal candidate will contribute to:
An iOS app that simplifies communicating with your inner circle about everyday activities such as coffee, drinks, and walks.
A web app that streamlines the venue booking experiences for party hosts in NYC.
Both projects have an MVP in beta, and we are seeking an Early Full-Stack Engineer to help elevate our products and respond to market feedback.
Our team brings together years of experience in product development, strategy, and operations, with a track record of success in consumer, fintech, ecommerce, and edtech industries.
About The RoleWe're looking for a talented part-time software engineer to join our team up to three days a week.
As an Early Full-Stack Engineer at Banded Mongooses, you'll lead the development of new iOS and Web-based products in social experiences, working closely with co-founders from concept to launch.
Requirements
- Proficiency with React and NodeJS, or similar technologies
- Proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, CoreData and Swift Composable Architecture
- Experienced with AWS, Supabase, Firebase and other Cloud Services
- Experienced with PostgreSQL
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate your thoughts clearly and being a team player
