Business Development Specialist - Loan Management Software

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales person to join our team and develop new business opportunities for our Loan Management Software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential customers, presenting our software solutions, negotiating sales contracts, and managing the entire sales process.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of our Loan Management Software
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Present our software solutions to potential customers and demonstrate their features and benefits 
  • Develop and deliver proposals and quotes 
  • Negotiate pricing and sales contracts 
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to close
  • Utilize CRM software to accurately track customer interactions, leads, and opportunities 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive 
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets
  • Establish partnerships with other companies.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proven track record of successful sales in the software industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong executive relationships
  • Ability to operate independently and provide management updates

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field 
  • 3 years of successful sales experience representing enterprise software, SaaS or FinTech solutions
  • Banking or Loan Management background preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office 
  • Salesforce Admin Certification, Salesforce.com Sales or Service Cloud certification will be required within the first 60 days of engagement. (IvyTek covers the cost of certification)

 Working Environment

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Hybrid -based in FL, GA, TX, CO, or MN with some travel required
  • Casual dress. Shorts and sandals are encouraged.
