The new intern will assist with COO Office daily operations.

• Third-party Vendor Management as the vendor service manager (VSM) in LCD, assisting with vendor onboarding/termination and periodic review, tracking and monitoring service budget spending, processing invoice payment, etc.;
• Monthly staffing report and third-party vendor report to senior management;
• Organizational Chart and Job Descriptions update for the whole department;
• New Hire Recruitment/Inter-department Transfer etc. FTE and Intern Paperwork Preparation;
• Detailed Internal/External Report preparation and analytics;
• Performance Evaluation coordinator in the whole PE lifecycle (FLUs, IRM, BSA Officers and LCD Employees);
• Performed Department Risk and Control Assessment (“RCSA”);
• Consultant invoice check;
• Repository of staff information (FTE, Consultant, Intern) maintenance;
• Many ad hoc projects facilitated cross-departments communication and collaboration.
• Excellent technical skills, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Attention to detail
• Strong writing skills
• Preference for Mandarin speaking
