The new intern will assist the administration of Wholesale Payment Risk Committee (WPRC), execution of review and challenge of Wholesale Payment Risk Assessments conducted by FLUs and IRMs, and support the ad-hoc requests.

The responsibilities of WPRM Associate include but not limited to supporting the WPRM activities of ORD in following aspects:

- Assist the maintenance of WPRM framework, policy and procedure

- Facilitate WPRC meetings, Q&A the meeting materials and supporting documents

- Conduct WP risk aggregation and reporting

- Review and challenge WP risk assessments conducted by both FLUs and IRM

- Facilitate regulatory and audit meetings and affairs

• Required:
  - Bachelors degree
  - 1 year work experience in Wholesale Payments product management, Operation (Payment, Clearing and/Or Settlement) or risk management.
  - Strong verbal and written skills in English
  - Knowledge of operational or enterprise risk management concepts, framework, methods, and good governance practices.
  - Good understanding of regulatory processes, activities, and requirements of a foreign banking organization.
  - Broad financial knowledge of business policies, products, processes, systems, and roles.
• Preferred:
  - Masters degree
  - Proficiency in Chinese capacity will be a plus.

Actual salary is commensurate with candidates relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
