We're seeking a future team member for the role of Security Operations Technical Lead to join our Cybersecurity Operations team. This role is located in Wellesley, MA or Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID. (Candidate must reside within commutable distance to office location.)
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • React to new threat tactics, techniques and procedures used by threat actors.
  • Action threat intelligence and technical indicators from external sources.
  • Maintain, curate, and integrate Security Incident Event Management (SIEM) systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret open-source intelligence feeds to identify potential threats.
  • Create alerting, reporting, and dashboard constructs.
  • Develop and implement detection, containment, eradication, and recovery strategies, procedures, and playbooks for responding to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of security and technical professionals to improve security infrastructure, tools, and processes based on threat intelligence findings.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Significant experience in security operations lifecycle, including familiarity with multiple operating systems and platforms.
  • Experience in the Intelligence Community, law enforcement, or similar field a plus.
  • Experience in analysis of large data sets for the purpose of identifying malicious activity.
  • Familiarity with open-source research techniques and information sources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of self-sufficient and self-motivated work ensuring both high quality and timely delivery of finished reporting products
